Later to get a sprite,convert to symbol(ever uses the movie clip option) and here the hard part(for some peoples)starts.

Strength:96%

Quality:Low

Shadow and HighLight:#CCCCCC

Distance:5

Glow:

Blur X and Y:100%

Strength:48%

Quality:Low

Color:#000000/Black

Ok the Gradient Glow is not obrigatory,but you choose them yes or no,but anyway...

Gradient Glow:

Blur X and Y:5%

Strength:130%

Quality:Low

Gradient Bar Colors,

White:#FFFFFF

Black:#000000

And to end,

Bevel 2:

Blur X and Y:13%

Strength:200%

Quality:Low

Shadow:#333333
